| You will be invoiced and payment must be received by GraphicMail. The designer will contact you, by email or phone (as you would prefer) to establish your needs and ask you for all the relevant content and information. A timeline will be discussed. Design work w ill not commence until all the content is received by the designer. If dummy content is to be used, this will be established and the design will proceed accordingly. (The designer will not replace dummy content with the actual content should the agreement be to design with dummy content.) A look and feel will be designed. This is the newsletter as designed in an image format – jpg. It will look exactly like the finished product but links will not be active. You will need to approve the image look and feel. Once the designer has your approval, the template will be cut up and coded into html.It will be uploaded to your GraphicMail account into the Templates folder for you to begin using. It is encouraged for you to spend some time playing around and familiarizing yourself with the GraphicMail application while the design is under way.
